What do I get when I subscribe?

You get 12 months of access to the full Biocontacts platform, along with a set number of credits to unlock contact profiles (1 credit = 1 unlock). You can search by therapeutic area, modality, development stage, region, and size to identify the most relevant companies and contacts. Your whole team can share one account, with shared access to your Target Lists and unlocked contacts. Unlocked contacts stay in your account permanently.

Can I buy more credits during the year?

Yes – you can top up with extra credits anytime without upgrading your subscription. If you just need a little boost, we offer packages starting from 60 credits. Your top-up credits will roll over if you renew your plan on time, but you will need to maintain an active subscription to keep them valid.

Do credits expire?

Credits will expire if you do not renew your annual plan. Any unused credits – including top-ups and those from your original plan – will roll over into your next year as long as you renew on time. Unlocked contacts always remain in your account.

How can I check if you have the right companies and contacts for me?

If you are unsure, send us a message before signing up. You can also request a free Partnering Snapshot — we will run a search based on your focus areas and show you how many relevant companies you can reach through Biocontacts.

Can I get a refund on my plan?

If we do not have companies or contacts in the areas you need, get in touch at hello@biocontacts.com. We will check our platform and are happy to offer a refund if we cannot provide what you are looking for. All refund requests are reviewed case by case.
